The app is developed by OznexStudios. The current guest flow does not require an email address, phone number or a permanent personal account.
What the app uses
A display name and a guest-session identifier let you join tables. Table names, plans, manually entered meeting or delivery details, favorites, private preferences and submitted votes support the shared decision.
Preferences may include a budget, time limit, dietary choice, allergens and excluded food types. A profile photo is optional: use the system photo picker to select one supported image. This version does not request precise device location.
Who can see what
Participants see display names, the shared plan and who is ready or has submitted a vote. Other participants are not shown your private preference fields or individual vote choices.
The shared result appears after everyone submits. The admin table view omits the plan address, participant list, private preferences and raw votes. A plan is shared with people who join your table. Your profile photo is currently visible only in your own authenticated profile.
Storage and retention
The server processes preferences and votes to calculate shared choices. These fields and the plan are encrypted in the database; this is not end-to-end encryption. Guest credentials are stored securely on the device. Uploaded profile images are validated and re-encoded as a small JPEG without the original metadata. Original uploads are not retained.
Guest sessions last 30 days, invitation codes 24 hours and tables 7 days. Expired table preferences, votes and plans are cleared by the cleanup process. Remaining table records are deleted 30 days after table expiry. Administrative audit records are retained for 180 days. Cleanup runs while the service is running; backups have a separate operational lifecycle.
Delete your guest data
In Profile, choose “Delete my guest session and data” and confirm. This revokes the session and removes the guest identity, profile photo, preferences, votes, favourites and membership records from the active database. You can also remove your photo separately. Affected open rounds are cancelled; a table you host closes and its plan is cleared.
Previously shared results and backup copies are not all erased immediately by that action. For help or a question about retained data, email the privacy inbox. Do not send your session token or password.
This website
This site stores your language choice in your browser. The published page bundle contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party fonts. Hosting infrastructure may record technical access information such as an IP address and requested page.
Contact links open your email application. Sending an email shares the information you include with the relevant OznexStudios inbox. There is no meal-preference form on this website.
